  The environment of the university is fairly better when compared with other institutions and environments, the university offers degree programs in five fields: 1. Medical Studies 2. Civil Engineering 3. Economics 4. Political Science 5. Computer Science The lecturers of Political Science and Economics fields are fairly better than the rest of the three fields, the university lacks qualified lecturers in general, some faculties are actually just completing the credits and waste of time, nothing more. Bottom Line: It is good for Helmand Province to have such a university in such a desperate time.
